Individual and Group Supervision
Effective therapy begins with strong supervision. I’ve supervised interns and professionals ranging from MSW to MHC, MFT, and CAT, whether interns, licensees or permit holders. I work with the clinician to understand how their unique skills can benefit the client in front of them. My supervision style is focused on being human, upholding the ethics of our professions, and fostering growth.
Policy Review and Development
Agency policy should reflect the evolving needs of its population and provide guidance for its staff. Having created policies for settings such as outpatient behavioral health, OMH, and SAMHSA grants, I am able to effectively mirror your agency’s needs through rigorous policy for agencies of all sizes.
